About Elite Hauling Group Inc

Tammy Proctor had a vision and was driven to establish her own company.With an initial investment from her mother (Pamela Proctor), she was able to get her business off the ground and running full speed. In return, she made her mother a partner and they haven't looked back. In 2005, Tammy started a 100% certified woman-owned, home based dump truck company and named it "Elite Hauling Group, Inc.", with only one truck in operation. She soon started working with a few small construction companies to expand her business.

In 2006, Tammy began applying for necessary minority certifications. In 2007, she bid and won her first contract with the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) as a Prime Contractor. Since then, Elite Hauling has won over 70+ contracts as a Prime and Sub-Contractor.

The Proctors' hard work ethic is the driving force behind the company moving forward. We have set the tone which has made Elite Hauling Group an

industry leader on the local and state levels. The  Proctor Family is still actively involved in the operation and direction of their company. Our quality services have resulted in steady and sustained growth.
